India is fast becomming diversified, moving away from its core competence in IT. Part of this diversification has been the spread of IT prowess out of Bangalore into other cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. However, Bangalore will still be the star of the show. The city that started it all. It is a disgrace to see it fall away like this. Best wishes for the city to get the governance it deserves.

In the recent elections in the North East, one election official dejectedly told the media how the politicians undermine the people's faith in democracy for 5 years and the Election Commission does its best to restore it, if only for the one day on which polling happens.
